Secured our first large-scale government infrastructure contract — a major bridge project — delivering ahead of schedule and earning recognition from the Federal Ministry of Works.

Zachary Pierre Dylan
Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Zac Group Engineering
With over two decades of hands-on experience in the engineering and construction industry, Zachary Pierre Dylan founded Zac Group Engineering in 2004 with a singular vision: to build structures that inspire, endure, and make a meaningful difference in the communities they serve.
Throughout his career, he has held key roles including Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Client Relations Director, and Director of Construction, giving him a 360-degree mastery of the construction process — from the first shovel in the ground to final handover.
His leadership is defined by a commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation. Under his direction, Zac Group has grown into one of the premier engineering firms, delivering landmark projects that define skylines and transform communities.
